Apartment PRESNIA

In this project, we aimed to preserve the atmosphere of an apartment in a building that was constructed in the late 1930s. By restoring the historical wall color, adding vibrant and unique art, and creating a sense of open space as a canvas for our clients' future pursuits.
Area: 75 sq.m.
We completed the Apartment Presnia in 2007. For the finishing in the guest bathroom, exquisite Vietnamese amber-colored marble was used. The same marble runs along the perimeter of the floor, along the walls, beautifully complementing the color of the maple. This marble sets the overall color scheme of the room. The walls feature warm-toned paintings that imitate marble, with pastoral scenes depicted on them. The same patterns can be found on the upholstery fabrics. In another bathroom, there is a very large gypsum cornice that almost completely covers the ceiling and is tinted to match the color of the facing tiles. The furniture is made from tulipwood and coated with colored lacquers. The interiors are adorned with paintings and graphics by contemporary artists. Here, we aimed to restore the historical appearance of the interior as envisioned by our clients, adding interesting objects and art to create an individual, artistic atmosphere.
